I made an awesome RAW salad that I got @ http://www.rawmazing.com/acocado-mango-broccoli-salad/.
It makes so much that it can easily be 2-3 meals.
I gave some to my friend which he ate the beach (the top 2 photos) and it was a side for my fish dinner.
I add the juice of 2 limes and let it sit overnight to marinate in the flavors and soften the raisins. When serving, I top it with cilantro or parsley (last photo).
